How to Register Your Child(ren)?
We're delighted that you have chosen to join the Wellington Catholic District School Board family.
We are committed to places of learning that are safe, caring and inclusive. Our Catholic schools are founded on a commitment to high standards for achievement, the faith formation of our students and the care for the holistic needs of your child: body, mind spirit. We are a community that inspires excellence. Our staff look forward to working with your child to ignite the divine spark, natural curiosity, and the God-given strengths in each one of them.
The Wellington Catholic District School Board is accepting new registrations for elementary students.
Please click here to complete the W.C.D.S.B. online student "PRE-REGISTRATION" FORM.
Please note: This is only the first step in the registration process. Once completed, the school will contact your family for further follow-up and collection of further documentation. However, if your child is a current, or former, student of Wellington Catholic District School Board you do not register online. Instead, please contact your child’s current school who will initiate a transfer from your former school site.
